Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Duration: 3 months
Shift : Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 7:30-1 and Sat 6:30-10:30. Off every Sunday and Wed.

Overview:
The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and providing excellent patient care. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build patient trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood specimens accurately and safely

• Explain procedures to patients in a clear and compassionate manner

• Maintain documentation and follow all safety protocols

• Work efficiently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

• Support a professional, clean, and confidential workspace

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

  • Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, and WA

• Experience:

  • 6+ months phlebotomy experience (required)

  • 1+ year preferred

  • Customer service and data entry experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation (no rideshare/bus)

• Available for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime

• Punctuality and full shift attendance required

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of the job site (include city and commute time on resume)
