Duration: 9 Months
Note: 20hs a week Part- time.
Technical Skills
Must Have
- Facial/FPH Training Contract Support Role (minimum of 20 hrs./week with a standard schedule)
- Train new hires on operational standards of Facial converting and FPH equipment
- Train new hires on changeover standards/processes of Facial converting and FPH equipment
- Audit Facial and FPH equipment for defects and assist with returning equipment to base condition
- Train new mechanics on executing Facial Converting/FPH PM02’s and PM03’s
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience as a team leader
- Ability to teach/coach
- Experience with tissue or towel converting lines
Nice To Have
- Experience with problem-solving tools
- Technical skills (mechanical and/or electrical)
Job Description
As a Process Manager, you will:
- Oversee designing, optimizing, and implementing processes and improvements.
- Implement solutions with a focus on creating efficiency and scale through technology and automation.
- Design and prioritize technical operations roadmaps, working to improve efficacy and efficiency of existing operational processes or unlock new capabilities.
- Lead and collaborate across teams on iterative problem definition and technical design/scoping to build solutions.
- Use data to independently guide decisions to influence strategy.
- Identify risks and resolve issues, errors, and escalations through investigation, producing insights for short-, medium-, and long-term technology-enabled solutions.
- Distill the requirements of new product and market expansions and design automated workflows to reduce manual work requirements.
- Support engineers, analysts, and other operations team members in resolving escalations through issue investigation, producing insights, training, and technical tooling.
- Understand the operations ecosystem, technology, and data models, identifying current strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.
