Location: North Dartmouth, MA
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Rotating Saturdays, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
State of Credentials/Licenses Required: Phlebotomy certification required

Pay Rate: $21/hr. on w2

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team as a Patient Services Representative I. This role involves collecting quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and delivering excellent patient care. You'll create a welcoming environment while ensuring accuracy, safety, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform specimen collection (clinical and forensic) per protocol

• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe environment

• Accurately process and document samples

• Provide excellent customer service and patient interaction

• Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Phlebotomy certification required

• 6+ months experience in phlebotomy (1+ year preferred)

• Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric and geriatric)

• Data entry/keyboard skills

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed

• Background in customer service or medical training (preferred)
