Job Description
Worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in Client stores.
Locations to be visited will be in the Seattle, Lynnwood and Everett WA area area. Some drive times may be several hours in each direction.
A permanent Client FTS employee will provide direction and support on a daily basis. Worker must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several Client locations on a daily basis. Worker will be reimbursed for miles driven on weekly expense report at Client reimbursement rate
•** Must have previous hardware repair experience, have ability to work on their own, lift 75lbs, work flexible hours, complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills.
Schedule will be 40 hours per week and might include weekends and holidays as part of normal work days. This is not a “work from home” position, it requires driving to different stores throughout the day.
Individuals are responsible to repair, stage, configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians.
This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment. Constant walking and standing.
Constant lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.

Technical individual with 2 year technical school and/or experience preferred. Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred

- Administer asset tracking using Client software systems.
- Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific Client store hardware.
- Process all applicable warranty claims.
- Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
- Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Technical individual with 2 year technical school and/or experience preferred. Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred

Education:

- Technical certifications or education preferred
