Onsite position at client, in Davenport, IA.
3rd shift Primaries/Secondaries production supervisor. Potential to cover other departments in the fabrication (primaries, secondaries, weld, machining, and paint) area at Davenport Works, based on coverage needs.
** Must have availability to work variable shifts. If candidate is not available to work variable shifts, they will not be considered**
Candidates must be willing to work off-shift (typically 3rd shift), daily OT and weekends. Weekends will be mandatory based on a rotating schedule with other production supervisors.
Candidates are encouraged to have strong supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, but a minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent with supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is desired. Candidates must also be proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook.
