Shift: Monday thru Friday 10:30 am to 6:30pm
A Client Material Handler supports warehouse and mail order pharmacy operations by receiving, storing, and moving pharmaceutical products and supplies, using scanners and hand-held devices to maintain inventory. Key duties include putting away received goods, picking products for shipment and replenishment, inspecting for damage, and operating manual. This is a physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and other movement, with opportunities for cross-training and career advancement within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Storage:
Unload and process incoming shipments, moving new products to their correct storage locations.
Product Movement:
Operate manual lifts, reach trucks, and other equipment to transport products throughout the facility.
Picking & Replenishment:
Retrieve products from storage for outgoing shipments and to restock areas of the pharmacy.
Inventory Management:
Use scanners and hand-held devices to track inventory, maintain accuracy, and report discrepancies.
Quality Control:
Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet quality standards before storage or shipment.
Production Support:
Respond to requests from team leads and supervisors for production supplies.
Physical Demands
Standing for a significant portion of the shift.
Pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, turning, bending, and stooping.
Lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds or more with help.
Working in an active, fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Skills and Abilities
Proficiency with handheld scanners and inventory devices.
Ability to operate manual or powered industrial lift equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Willingness to be cross-trained in various warehouse functions.

Two + years experience in a warehouse / distribution / mail order environment preferred.

Education:
