Job Title: Brand Experience – Concept/Graphic Designer 3
Location: Boston, MA 02114
Duration: 6 + Months (Possibilities of Extension)
Pay Rate: $47.33/hr. on W2
Experience: 5+ years progressive, sophisticated design experience
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Environmental Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
About the Role:
Join the Global Brand Experience team to bring the heart and soul of the brand to life through innovative visual and spatial storytelling across all touchpoints. This role focuses on concept and graphic design, combining advanced creativity with strategic brand execution across environments, retail displays, packaging, signage, and multimedia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and independently execute graphic and conceptual design projects—from ideation and research to final production
- Create and manage designs for print, packaging, 3-D retail displays, environmental branding, event signage, video, and internal presentations
- Drive retail and brand experience guidelines, including materials, color, spatial design, furniture, fixtures, and brand storytelling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, managing timelines, budgets, specs, and supplier coordination
- Develop compelling presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Foster innovation, teamwork, and adherence to brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global business goals
- Stay ahead of trends in design, production, materials, and technology to elevate brand experiences
What You Bring:
- Deep passion for art, sport, athlete culture, and storytelling through design
- Expertise in concepting, ideation, sketching, rendering, typography, color theory, spatial design, and presentation development
- Strong knowledge of current design, fabrication, and manufacturing trends relevant to sport, footwear, and apparel industries
- Proven strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, confident presenting ideas to diverse audiences
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Figma, Keynote, Rhino; motion graphics/video editing a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience and creative excellence
