Job Title: Color Design 3
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 Months (Extension Possible)
Description:
- On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid model
- Contract is to help with leave coverage; extension unlikely
- Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
- 5+ years experience required in a similar role
Top must-have skills include the following:
- Expertise in Adobe Suite (specifically Illustrator)
- Color knowledge (familiarity with color theory, harmony, design, etc.)
- Understanding real product (not just digital-based)
- Transferring color knowledge onto soft/hard goods
Desired soft skills:
- Self starter
- Team motivated
- Open communication
- Collaborative
Skills that would make a candidate stand out:
- AI digital-based skills (Vizcom)
- Similar industry experience (footwear, outdoor, athletic brands)
- ETW will support work predominantly tied to sportswear product line across mens and womens footwear
- Will work directly with ~2 other color designers on direct team (plus manager); cross functional team consists of ~25-30
