Position Overview:
We are seeking a Level 4 Systems Analyst Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText solutions integrated with SAP. This role will lead complex software development initiatives, oversee system integrations, and provide mission-critical application support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and vendor resources throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex software development and system integration projects
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders to develop technical specifications
- Lead selection, configuration, and implementation of OpenText software packages
- Drive vendor interactions and manage integration of complex application interfaces
- Provide 24x7 primary/secondary support for mission-critical applications
- Oversee release schedules and maintenance activities
- Produce documentation, technical estimates, and SDLC deliverables
- Serve as Technical Lead on multiple concurrent projects
- Mentor and guide junior technical staff
- Develop and drive standard practices within the team
Required Technical Skills (OpenText Focus)
Strong hands-on experience with:
- OpenText Archiving and Doc Access for SAP
- OpenText Archive Center
- OpenText Content Server
- OpenText Capture Center
- OpenText Enterprise Scan
- OpenText Web Viewer
- OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP
- Intelligent Capture Center
- OpenText Directory Services
Nice to Have Skills:
- C# programming with OpenText API
- Development experience in OpenText Exstream
- Experience working in large enterprise SAP environments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading complex application development projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes
- Experience integrating enterprise applications
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office environment
- Occasional travel to operating locations may be required
