Job Title: Indirect Materials and Services Planner
Location: Moline, IL 61265 (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months contract (Potential for extension or to go Permanent, but NOT guaranteed)

Schedule: General Shift hour (Monday – Friday)

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr. on W2
               
Job Summary:
Your Responsibilities:
As an Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner, for Client World Headquarters located in Moline, IL you will....

• Convert requisitions and shopping carts to purchase orders
• Resolve blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission and shopping cart errors
• Educate, train, and provide on-demand customer support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Execute Annual Framework process

 
What Skills You Need:

• Effective communication skills (written/verbal)
• Efficiency with Microsoft Office products

 
What Makes You Stand Out:

• 1 or more years Supply Management & Logistics experience
• 1 or more years SAP Materials Management experience
• 1 or more years Customer Service Procure to Pay experience (Req. to Purchase order)
• Knowledge/experience with Client Supply Network (JDSN) applications
• Data & analytics experience using tools such as Power BI and Tableau

 
Education:
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experiences
