Phlebotomist I
Position: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 4 months (temporary)
Shift:
-
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Rotational Saturday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Heavy patient volume site
Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I is responsible for performing clinical and forensic blood draws, specimen processing, and patient interaction in a fast-paced environment. This role represents the company to patients by providing safe, accurate, and professional phlebotomy services while maintaining confidentiality and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and specimen collection (pediatric, adult, geriatric)

Prepare and process specimens per standard procedures

Maintain accurate records and patient data
-
Create a professional, safe, and patient-focused environment
-
Work independently with minimal supervision
-
Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality guidelines
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Phlebotomy certification preferred
-
Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred)

Strong customer service and data entry skills
-
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
-
Reliable transportation (must live within 20–25 minutes of site)

Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, overtime as needed)
