Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect preferably with deep expertise in healthcare systems and sales quoting platforms. This role is pivotal in designing scalable, and compliant architectures that support quoting workflows across Essential Health Benefits (EHB), non-EHB, large group, and self-funded insurance products.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in healthcare or health insurance.
- Strong understanding of EHB/non-EHB plan structures, and group insurance quoting workflows.
- Experience with quoting platforms.
- Familiarity with broker workflows, benefit configuration, and plan comparison tools.
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain enterprise-wide technology strategies aligned with healthcare business goals.
- Collaborate with account executive teams to turn requirements into system capabilities.
- Understand quoting platforms with CRM, underwriting, and eligibility engines.
- Ensure interoperability with external broker portals and third-party benefit administration systems.
- Govern architecture standards, data models, and API strategies across sales and quoting domains.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for strategic fit.
- Document architecture blueprints, workflows, and governance models.
