This role involves managing facility operations projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and delivery goals.
The ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple functions, including Facilities, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain.

Job Overview:

This role involves managing facility operations projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and delivery goals.
The ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple functions, including Facilities, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to facility construction, manufacturing layout changes, and production line expansion.
- Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and permitting agencies to ensure project timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met.
- Oversee installation and integration of new equipment in collaboration with design transfer teams.
- Ensure all facility modifications meet regulatory standards, including those specific to the medical device industry (e.g., GMP, IVD).
- Drive project milestones to successful completion with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and validation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project management role; PMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools, Lean Manufacturing principles, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Strong prioritization skills, problem-solving ability, and results-driven mindset.
