Engineering Project Coordinator
San Antonio, TX- Onsite
Duration: 6 Months+
Shift: 1st Shift

Position Summary


The Project Coordinator will support the SDS organization within our Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Business Unit by managing remote deployment deliverables as a part of the project. These deliverables include supporting customer remediation, contacting customers to schedule remediation efforts, and managing scheduling availability.

The Project Coordinator will have solid project management skills, attention to detail as well as strong process execution and analytical skills. As part of a remote team, the Project Coordinator will be expected to set his/her own work direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer remediation associated with the project.




Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute small project, as assigned

  • Manage customer remediation for project

  • Monitor and report on project progress and scheduling

  • Attain a thorough knowledge of all Client processes for project execution

  • Contact customers to schedule remediation projects with the customer, including building out detailed remediation project schedules with customers

  • Ability to Product new technical skills quickly

  • Strong customer service skills and positive attitude

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in laymans terms

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities




Desired/Additional Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Life Sciences preferred

  • Two or more years of experience in project management, preferred

  • Prior experience within healthcare industry (e.g., medical device, pharma), preferred

  • Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail while managing multiple complex deliverables and stakeholder groups required

  • Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results required

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and SharePoint preferred

  • Proven organization and time management skills
