Phlebotomy - PSC Greeter
Job Title: Phlebotomy - PSC Greeter
Job Location: Lawrenceville GA
Duration: 3+ months of Contract with temp-to-hire
Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00AM - 5:00Pm, Sat. 8:00Am - 1:00Pm
Summary:
Responsible for front office operations at the Patient Service Center (PSC), including customer service, data entry, insurance processing, and office supply management. May support multiple locations and be cross-trained as a PSR I during high-volume periods.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.

Assist patients with kiosk sign-in and verify accuracy of information.

Contact clients to obtain patient orders and follow up as needed.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Answer phones using a professional greeting that includes company name and personal identification.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and use test translation tables appropriately.

Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, faxing, mail preparation, and data entry.

Maintain adherence to departmental protocols, manuals, and policies.

Follow attendance and punctuality guidelines.

Restock and organize office supplies as needed.

Complete required training and participate in quality assurance efforts.

Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Report and document customer complaints per established protocols.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
