ENTRY Phlebotomist I
Patient Services Representative I (Entry Level Phlebotomy Training)
Location: Titusville, FL
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 1 PM EST
Job Overview:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing friendly check-ins and answering questions with care. Maintain the waiting area and assist with breaks for Phlebotomists. Receive training in Phlebotomy with the opportunity to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients during check-in using kiosks or tablets

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Support Phlebotomy staff and learn specimen collection and processing

Deliver excellent customer service with confidentiality and accuracy

Complete daily tasks on time under supervisor guidance
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1-2 years customer-facing experience (retail, healthcare, etc.)

Strong data entry/keyboard skills

Willingness to learn and perform Phlebotomy duties

Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Must live within a 20-25 minute commute of Titusville, FL
Note: This is a front-of-house role with Phlebotomy training. Candidates unwilling to learn Phlebotomy need not apply.
