Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268
Duration: 12 Months+ contract
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Job Description:
Role Overview – Manufacturing Associate (Assembly Operations):
- Perform all aspects of product line performance build through tie-down of instruments.
- Follow detailed safety and process procedures in the manufacturing cell.
- Enter manufacturing data into pre-defined computer programs.
- Identify and report any safety or quality issues found.
- Manufacturing experience using small tools.
- Experience building assemblies/instruments.
- No candidates with shipping or material handling background.
Qualifications:
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to identify safety or production issues.
- Detail oriented, quality conscious, and aptitude for maintaining organization.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
