Additional Info:
- These are entry level Front End CSRs
- Candidates are taking calls from patients for Rx re-orders, may have to occasionally speak with doctors/nurses, but mainly patients
- Will take 50-60 calls a day
- Will look at candidates right out of college
- Candidates need to be DEPENDABLE
- The manager will conduct interviews

Additional Info::
- There may be a possibility that they will be temp to hire. It will depend on performance and business need as the yr progresses
- Must have 2yrs experience and we are open to retail customer service experience (call center is a plus); will look at recent college graduates; candidates also need to have at least 6 months at previous employers (avoid job hoppers)
- Initial training is roughly 2 weeks and during this time it would be 930am 600pm

Receive and place telephone calls. Perform data entry and use software programs. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary. Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner. Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management. Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.
