Conduct quantitative analyses in support of setting the strategic vision, direction, and standards for championing a best in class experience
Prioritize key customer initiatives by optimizing business value and customer outcomes
Identify critical business opportunities that enable transformational change across the enterprise
Create impactful, concise, and defect-free presentations
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in relevant area
1 to 3 years of related work experience in a customer-centric business
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience in defining, accessing and leveraging data and analytics to derive critical insights to drive the business
Outcome oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team to meet targets
A positive and confident demeanor, ready to take on any challenge
Preferred Criteria:
Strong strategic capabilities; can derive insights and trends from data and analytics and create high level strategies
Innately curious, questioning and wanting to know why or how or why not? thrives in continuous test and learn environment
A bias towards action and speed; works with enough information to make a compelling case, gain buy-in and execute as quickly and decisively as possible
