Title: Technical Support Coordinator
Location: Mason OH - Remote (Training will be IN PERSON!)
Duration:1-2 Months and Possibility of Extension
Shift: 8:30 to 5, M-F
CANDIDATES NEED TO BE LOCAL, WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF DRIVING DISTANCE FROM MASON LOCATION
REMOTE deskside support CHAT- Training will be IN PERSON!
Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows able to trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations (standard cpu and laptop)
Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity)
Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills
Monday Friday for the first 3 weeks they re with the company, in-person. Once training has been completed, they will go home and work remotely 2 days a week and in office 3 days a week. Training hours will be 8-4:30 Monday-Friday. Once training is completed, their shift will be Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm.
