Location: Arden Hills, MN 55112
Schedule: Preference for onsite (5 days/week); remote work allowed when no training events are scheduled
Duration: 12-month W2 contract with potential for temp-to-perm, depending on performance and budget
Pay Range: $22 – $28/hour (W2)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and team-oriented Administrative Assistant – Training Coordinator to support our dynamic Sales Training department. This role involves coordinating training logistics, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of training events.
Key Responsibilities:

Training & Event Coordination:
- Arrange travel, hotel accommodations, meals, and shuttle services for training attendees.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure training rooms are properly set up (AV, equipment, supplies).
- Work with corporate Cvent team to ensure hotel and venue bookings meet compliance standards.

Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties (scheduling, meeting planning, document preparation).
- Create, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and internal documents.
- Maintain confidentiality, especially around sensitive employee and departmental information.

Customer Interaction:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Provide information and direct inquiries based on established policies and procedures.

Project Coordination:
- Assemble and distribute training materials.
- Track and verify training data and attendance.
- Coordinate small projects independently using internal and external resources as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative support or event/training coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Ariba, and Concur (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
