Leave of Absence Specialist
Job Title: Leave of Absence Specialist
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI 53051
Duration: 10/27/2025 – 01/29/2026
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:00pm)
Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours per week, Business Casual dress code, No weekends, No on-call
Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to leave of absence.

Knowledge of medical terminology.

Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to identify critical issues and exercise independent judgment.

Demonstrated detail orientation with ability to analyze, problem-solve, organize, and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent follow-up skills.
Education
-
Associate’s degree
OR -
Two (2) years of experience in Leave of Absence, Claims, or Human Resources.
Job Summary

Administer the leave of absence program.

Make eligibility determinations under federal and state laws as well as system policy.

Communicate with employees and management regarding leave availability and requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.
