1) Must have prior implementation experience implementing vendor software solutions full lifecycle (requirement gathering, testing, integrations, process improvement, etc)
2) Must have prior experience working with third party vendors and helping improve business processes
3) Must have prior experience and a deep understanding of the critical nature of cyber security
4) Must have understanding of Oracle and SQL Server databases
5) Ability to read and understand architecture diagrams, program coding and scripts

High Level Project Overview/Expectations:
Works fairly independently on the most complex projects, at the highest technical level, of all phases of applications systems analysis activities. Using a diversified set of skills and knowledge the successful candidate will work with multiple business units, in multi-platform environments, on multi-project assignments. They will work with other teams and other analysts to ensure continuation of a broad range of assignments and related fields to avoid errors which could cause delay, expense, and disruption.
Able to handle the most complex work and all aspects of the job using wide knowledge of the field and mastery (advanced knowledge, skill and/or abilities that provides subject matter authority and superior command in a particular job) of the subject matter
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results.

Required Years of Experience:
5+ years of directly related experience as a Systems Analyst

Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
