QA Associate

Job Description:

_ Assist Specialist with Gold Standard and table set up
_ Audit tables on a continuous basis (each table at least once per hour)
_ Audit bins of finished product continuously
_ Document all audits in Quality Tool Suite
_ Notify Specialist and Quality Auditor of any issues
_ Attend monthly refresher trainings with Quality team
_ Speak with Quality during start up communications
_ Audit pack lines on a continuous basis (at least twice per hour)
_ Audit finished boxes continuously (at least three boxes per hour)

Skills/Experience:

_ 1-2 years experience in a food production or warehouse environment.
_ Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written.
_ Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
_ Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
_ Flexible availability; we work night and weekend shifts.
_ Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
_ Must be able to handle exposure to temperatures that range from freezing to sub-freezing (coolers, freezers, etc.)
_ Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
_ Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
_ Must be in current role for a minimum of 6 months before applying
