Responsible for the efficient shipping, receiving, and routing of materials within the Business Unit (BU), ensuring accurate documentation and data entry.

Job Description:
Responsible for the efficient shipping, receiving, and routing of materials within the Business Unit (BU), ensuring accurate documentation and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, verify, and process all incoming materials for the facility and off-site locations, accurately entering receipts into the Materials Management software system.
- Communicate any discrepancies between received materials and shipping documentation promptly to the Warehouse Manager.
- Prepare and document outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Manage the Returned Goods process according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Deliver stock to designated staging areas for various departments.
- Organize warehoused items in proper storage locations, rotating stock based on receipt date and expiration to minimize waste.
- Identify and report short-dated materials (less than 30 days shelf life) to the Warehouse Manager for timely resolution.
- Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory to maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all applicable policies including Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, and CLIA.
- Analyze existing warehouse procedures and recommend improvements to the Warehouse Manager.
- Support order entry, picking, packing, and delivery of internal and external orders as required.
- Assist with record storage, retrieval, and mail distribution as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills:
- Forklift and powered lift equipment operation (mandatory).
- Receiving, picking, loading, and inventory control including cycle counts.
