Number of Beds:

• 6 bed ICU.

Patient Ratios:

• 3:5.

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• 2 years of experience.

• De-escalation skills, experience with acute adult mental health.

Type of Patients on Unit:

• Thought disordered, psychotic, personality disorder, manic.

Personality Fit:

• Able to remain calm, professional demeanor.

Scrub Color:

• Dress is business casual.

Any unacceptable attire:

• No ripped jeans.
• No shorts.
• Not t-shirts or sweatshirts with logos.
• No open-toed shoes.
