  • Required to use personal laptop for work, as the client will not be supplying any equipment.

Job Title:
  • Sr Project Manager/Program Manager with 7 – 10 years’ experience in supply chain management strategy development and execution.
 
Project Overview:
  • Project Fulton is a cornerstone initiative within global distribution network designed to transform our U.S. secondary distribution network and position it for a decade of growth.
  • This ambitious program is part of our end-to-end Patient Supply strategy, ensuring reliability, resilience, adaptability, and patient centricity in an increasingly complex and volatile environment.
  • The U.S. market is the first and most critical focus area for this global transformation.
  • Project Fulton will deliver a future-ready distribution network featuring state-of-the-art distribution centres, advanced cold chain capabilities, and integrated digital solutions.
  • These enhancements will de-risk our supply chain, embed sustainability and enable operational excellence.
  • The project roadmap includes sourcing strategic 3PL partners, implementing governance frameworks, and leveraging data-driven intelligence to optimize performance.
 
Three Core Components of Fulton:
  1. New Network: Building a modernized U.S. distribution network with optimized capacity and advanced capabilities.
  2. Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Establishing robust contingency measures to ensure uninterrupted supply and patient access.
  3. Overflow Capability: Establish an overflow solution to mitigate risk and security network capacity.

Project Management Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Clear communication (upward and downward in organization).
  • Leadership and motivational ability.
  • Problem-solving capability.
  • Stakeholder management expertise.
 
Track Record:
  • PM experience for major supply chain implementations.
  • Logistics expertise.
  • pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience (more is desired).
 
Nice-to-Have:
  • Concrete experience in 3PL sourcing.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
