Job Duration: 5 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)


Shift: Mon–Fri, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM + Rotational Saturdays.

Overview:

• The PSR I is the face of the company, providing high-quality patient care and phlebotomy services.
• This role involves collecting blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining a safe, professional, and efficient environment.

• Perform daily phlebotomy duties with accuracy and professionalism.
• Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens.
• Maintain records and follow all safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent patient service and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Promote a positive image to patients and the public.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (required); 1+ year preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Strong pediatric/geriatric phlebotomy skills.
• Data entry and basic computer skills.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must live within 20–25 minutes of Lady Lake, FL.

• Be punctual and available for full scheduled shifts.
• Must list home city and commute time on resume.
• Pay rate based on direct, non-overlapping experience.
