The Intake Coordinator reporting to the Sr Intake Coordinator will: Ensure that incoming legal documents are processed aProductst critical deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Exercise discretion in handling sensitive, confidential legal matters. Ability to quickly and efficiently identify and process documents, including non-litigation matters that are forwarded to other departments, i.e. HR, payroll, tax, finance and trademark. Coordinate Intake support/backup with external Litigation Support Team.

Job Duties:
- Partner with the Information Services and mail services to ensure all incoming documents are handled, filed or distributed appropriately and in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate with paralegals in a true team environment to ensure smooth transition of information; align on all practices and modifications to workflow.
- Coordinate with registered agent(s) for US-based operating companies.
- Maintain relevant internal contact lists for direction of legal matters.
- Contribute to Intake Report for distribution to Litigation team on a regular basis.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. Proven experience working in a corporate law department or law firm is required.
- Familiarity with legal documents and litigation practices is required. Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communications skills are required.
- Candidate must be a self-starter who is detail oriented, analytical, has strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Candidate must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and be able to interface effectively with clients, attorneys and other professionals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) is required.
- Experience with LawManager and iManage is strongly preferred Familiarity with JJEDS.
- BRAVO, CEMS and Cognos is desirable.
