Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Shift: 7 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday, Rotational Saturdays
Duration: 3 months

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Patient Services Representative II to provide high-quality phlebotomy and patient support in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You’ll greet patients, collect blood samples safely and accurately, prepare specimens for testing, and maintain a professional, trust-building environment. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens accurately.

• Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling.

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas.

• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold confidentiality.

• Complete required documentation and follow all procedures.

• Travel or float to other sites as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric.

• Strong customer service skills; able to work independently.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in a Patient Service Center.

• Medical assistant or paramedic training.

• Data entry/keyboard proficiency.
