Job Description
This role supports the Global Services Finance team with a primary focus on month-end close and forecasting activities for all operating expenses (OpEx). Key responsibilities include refreshing and maintaining recurring reports, preparing and reviewing journal entries (accruals and reclasses), performing variance analysis, and maintaining GL mapping. The role will also provide ongoing reporting and forecasting support, track risks and opportunities to forecast, support PO and invoice requests, perform ad hoc analysis, and assist with preparing presentation materials.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with SG&A/OpEx management, strong working knowledge of GAAP, and hands-on experience with Oracle (or a similar ERP) and Excel, including working with large data sets and power pivots. The individual should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, work independently with minimal oversight, and build effective relationships with Finance and Accounting partners.
Preferred candidates will have 25 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree in finance or accounting. Experience as a Financial Analyst, Senior Accountant, or similar role is highly relevant.
Work location is Marlborough, MA, with an onsite preference; however, remote candidates working East Coast (EST) hours will be considered for the right and timely hire. The assignment is expected to run through July 2026, with the potential to extend based on business needs. The typical schedule falls within a 9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. EST window, MondayThursday, and will be confirmed at time of hire.
Pay rate range: ****** per hour
