Job Title: Route Service Representative / Specimen Driver
Job Location: San Leandro, CA
Job Duration: 3+ Months
Shift: Mon - Fri 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM PST
Pay Rage - $25.00/hr. on W2.
Position Summary:
The Route Service Representative (RSR) is the face of Client to our customers and the public. As an Ambassador of the company, the RSR is responsible for day-to-day route operations, including the proper tracking, sorting, storing, and transportation of patient specimens, medical supplies, and client materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Miles Driven Per Day: Approx. 100 miles – Company’s vehicle
Specimens Picked Up Daily: Approx. 300 specimens.
Other Duties: May include pack-out, shuttle routes, or additional logistical tasks
Job Location: San Leandro, CA
Job Duration: 3+ Months

Position Summary:
The Route Service Representative (RSR) is the face of Client to our customers and the public. As an Ambassador of the company, the RSR is responsible for day-to-day route operations, including the proper tracking, sorting, storing, and transportation of patient specimens, medical supplies, and client materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport specimens, supplies, reports, and materials to designated locations.
- Start each route fully equipped: handheld scanner or paper logs, carry bag, properly prepared coolers (for 3 separate thermal storage), dry ice, cell phone, keys, etc.
- Follow scheduled routes with flexibility for will-call stops and special pickups.
- Maintain specimen integrity at all times using proper temperature-controlled containers and transport protocols.
- Accurately complete all scanning and documentation, including frozen/tissue/irreplaceable tracking procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
