Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Phlebotomist I / Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 4 months
Hours are M-F 6:00am-2:00pm. Alternating Saturdays 6:00am-11:00am.
Position Overview:
The PSR I is the face of the company to patients, responsible for drawing blood specimens and preparing them for lab testing. This role requires excellent phlebotomy and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform safe, efficient venipuncture for all age groups

Accurately label and verify specimens

Maintain required documentation and patient confidentiality

Support and adapt to high-volume workflows

Provide exceptional patient experience and uphold company standards

Participate in classroom and hands-on training (location: Miramar)
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (required due to site volume)

2+ years preferred

Customer service or retail experience preferred

Strong keyboard/data entry skills required
