Pay Rate: $45/hr. on W2

Summary:
- Provides employment and recruitment services for exempt and non-exempt positions to attract and retain the most qualified and productive employees.
- Builds partnerships with various levels of management within assigned departments to recruit top talent.
- Develops and implements recruiting strategies from both tactical and strategic perspectives.
- Utilizes the Workday system to perform recruitment functions.
Education:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt positions across all organizational levels.
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience utilizing an applicant tracking system required (Workday training provided).
- Experience with online and internet recruiting required.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP or Lawson is a plus.
- Previous experience in a unionized environment is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build value-added relationships at all levels.
- Superior customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic and creative thinking capabilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent judgment, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team.
