Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $79.61/hr. on W2
Position Overview:
This role drives financial systems solutions across the global ERP platform (Oracle EBS), partnering with business, technical development, and admin teams to deliver finance projects successfully. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, technically astute, and comfortable in a fast-changing, challenging environment. Must be a self-motivated team player with strong communication skills across all levels.

Position Overview:
This role drives financial systems solutions across the global ERP platform (Oracle EBS), partnering with business, technical development, and admin teams to deliver finance projects successfully. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, technically astute, and comfortable in a fast-changing, challenging environment. Must be a self-motivated team player with strong communication skills across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business, technical development, and app admin teams for GAP analysis, business requirements, technical development, patch application, and project delivery.
- Ensure organizational controls and processes are followed (SDLC, change management, etc.) to maintain system stability.
- Collaborate across global IT Finance and IT Supply Chain teams on process, support, and project delivery.
- Execute technical activities including system configuration, data extract/load, and report development.
- Represent IT Finance in business projects and ensure successful implementation of finance initiatives.
- Participate in effort estimation and sizing of projects.
- Educate and train local finance user community on IT Finance applications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in Oracle EBS Finance applications (R12); 8+ years IT/industry experience.
- Techno-functional expertise in modules such as Accounts Payable, Purchasing, iProcurement, AGIS, Accounts Receivable, iExpense, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Project Accounting, and OPM Costing.
- Oracle PL/SQL and integration experience using APIs & XML templates.
- Familiarity with Oracle Supply Chain and Process Manufacturing modules is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.
- Experience translating business needs into requirements and solution design documents; resolving gaps using standard software functionality.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company and SOX-compliant environment is preferred.
- Understanding of SDLC and prior experience with process improvement initiatives.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
