Call Center Representative

Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Manhattan, NY 10004
Initial Duration –3 + months+: High possibility of extension
 
Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr. on W2
Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Schedule Notes:

• Onsite either Client or Metropolitan. Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook 1 yr of Call Center, Payroll and Timekeeping experience required

Duties:

• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
• Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
• Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
• Other assignment as necessary.
• Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Skills:

• 1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
• Department – Payroll

 
Education:

• High school Diploma/GED
