Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Coordinator supports daily supply chain operations by executing inventory transactions, reconciling data, and managing SAP processes. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and contributes to the continuous improvement and digitalization of supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support – 60%
- Execute daily SAP transactions (inventory movements, quality control, imports, master data updates, etc.)
- Manage transportation load planning (TMS), purchasing receipts, and invoice processing
- Coordinate third-party equipment tracking and product reclaim tasks
- Validate and process vendor invoices
- Serve as NAFTA coordinator as needed
- Participate in supply chain projects
- Reconcile inventory and monitor stock levels vs. targets
- Execute related SAP transactions
- Support the execution of supply chain plans
- Extract and organize data for ad hoc reports
- Coordinate product swaps and trading agreements
- Assist with implementation of digital tools and reporting solutions
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Work Environment & Context:
- Based onsite in Wauwatosa, WI
- No or limited travel expected
- Acts as a liaison between Supply Chain and departments such as Business Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, and external partners (warehouses, suppliers, carriers, etc.)
- Ensures execution of operating plans and assists in resolving operational issues
- Supports site Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) policies and actively participates in initiatives like Behavioral Based Safety and SafeStart
- Promotes reporting of all safety, environmental, and incident-related events
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Technical)
- 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or relevant internships
- Proficient in SAP (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (preferred)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Power BI knowledge is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable with process-driven and routine tasks
- Skilled in data manipulation and reporting
