Description:
Department: Quality Resource Management
Responsibilities: performs medical necessity reviews for outpatient services utilizing MCG guidelines, KP and LCD criteria. Refers cases to Medical Director for potential denials
Float department (if needed):
Certificates required: GA RN licensure, BSN and Utilization Review and Management
Cost Center/GL string:
Shift: 1st shift
Shift notes (weekends, call): Rotating weekends and holidays
Shift 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
