Job Summary: -At the direction of a radiologist or other providers prepares patients and performs radiographic procedures in diagnostic radiology and operates imaging equipment. -Performs diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. -Adheres to organizational customer service standards and supports the organizational excellence initiatives. -Provides positive and effective interaction and communication with patients visitors and staff. -Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as necessary. -Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience: -One year of current clinical experience OR clinical student experience. -Self-motivated. -Ability to organize and prioritize well. -Ability to remain flexible and to reorganize priorities when emergencies arise. Preferred Skills & Experience: -One year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology.
Special Skills: Self-motivated; ability to organize and prioritize well; ability to remain flexible and to reorganize priorities when emergencies arise. Licensure: ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WI license as a Radiographer is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire. Expereince: One year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology is preferred. Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinical experience.

Required Education: -An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field. -Clinical student exp may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinical experience.
