Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician | Psych Tech
Location: Dayton, OH 45417
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Shift Options:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00 am - 7:30 pm (weekend shift)
Weekdays Days and Nights available 12*3

Job Duties:
Behavioral health Technician is responsible for conducting functional analyses of patient behaviour, participating as a member of the treatment team, contributing to the master treatment plan, and implementing appropriate interventions from the plan. The Behavioral Health Technician conducts individual and group psychoeducation, leisure activities, and life-skill training and coaching for all patients. The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for safety monitoring of patients and of the unit.

Compensation:
- Weekly Gross for 36 working hours: $1320.75 (All-Inclusive)
- Weekly Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $600.75
- W2 Pay Rate: $20/hr. on W2
Requirements:
- Must have 1-year recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting
- Must have BLS certifications must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- Must have CPI certification
