Job Title: Endoscopy Technician
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Duration: 3 Months+ (with possible extension)
Schedule: Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Requirements:
- CER (IAHCSMM) OR CFER (CBSPD) certifications – required
- Minimum 1 year of Endoscopy Technician experience required
Job Description:
- Assist physicians during all GI and pulmonary procedures.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of endoProducts, following quality control standards.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring proper handling and readiness for procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and procedure-specific protocols.
- Provide professional patient care and adapt effectively to changes in workflow.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support department operations.
