Initiatives Operations Leader
Job Overview:
The Initiatives Operations Leader will oversee and coordinate the operational readiness and execution of multiple projects (“initiatives”) within P&G. The role ensures smooth project implementation by aligning cross-functional teams, managing deliverables, and maintaining project documentation. This position requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to ensure all stakeholders are informed, deadlines are met, and results are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate activities across teams to ensure initiatives are operationally ready for launch.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, templates, and version control systems.
- Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring milestones are met.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings; document and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
- Track project progress, communicate updates, and escalate delays or issues as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Operations leaders and project teams to maintain alignment and drive outcomes.
- Support change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership.
- Partner with senior peers for mentorship and guidance while driving independent project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of professional experience
OR 5–7 years of equivalent experience in a similar operations/project management role. - Proven experience in project management, preferably in commercial, market, or technical initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Agile, flexible, and self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaboratively.
