INVASIVE CVT TECH II
Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Travel
Location: Albany, NY 12208
Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension
Pay Range: $60 $65/hr
We are also offering travel and per diem packages that is based on eligibility.

Shift Timing: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM

Call Commitment: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend per month
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to assist Interventional Cardiologists in performing invasive and non-invasive cardiology procedures, including peripheral vascular studies. The technologist will support diagnostic examinations, collect data, and provide accurate recordings to assist in patient diagnosis and care planning.
Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab

Assist with invasive cardiology, noninvasive cardiology, and peripheral vascular procedures

Operate specialized equipment to collect and record anatomical and physiological data

Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and allied health staff in a high-acuity environment

Document all procedures accurately in EMR
Skills & Requirements:
Certifications (Required):
-
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
-
Basic Life Support (BLS)
-
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
-
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years in the cardiovascular specialty
Education:
-
Minimum of an Associate Degree, OR
-
Graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Training Program, OR
-
Graduate of an accredited Allied Health Program
