Job Title:  Engineer 3/Electrical Engineer
Job Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid) - (Wed -Thur in office)
Job Duration: 18+ Months (Possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $40 - $48/Hr.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Ensure technical issues and problems are resolved efficiently, cost-effectively, and within established timelines using available resources.
• Supervise, lead, and coordinate the work of employees in implementing new technical strategies, equipment, and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and reliability of engineering projects.
• Provide engineering and technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve complex or cross-functional engineering problems.
• Maintain and control the facility’s engineering design basis and related documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct engineering studies with full technical responsibility for high-impact, complex projects.

• Skilled in using electrical diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloProducts).
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with control panel layout and component mounting (e.g., DIN rail, terminal blocks, relays).
• Skilled in wire stripping, crimping, and neat routing within enclosures.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience with instrumentation and data logging equipment.
• Familiarity with automation software (e.g., LabVIEW, Ovation).

• Experience with energy storage systems, generators, or microgrids.
• Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) license in California preferred, but not required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) required.
