Phlebotomist I

Title: Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist I
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Mon - Fri 6: 30 am - 3:30 pm & Mandatory Sat rotation 7 am -12 pm
Note: 35-40 hours per week. No Overtime

The PSR I is the company’s frontline contact, providing skilled phlebotomy services and patient support. Responsibilities include drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe, professional environment. The role requires excellent communication to build patient trust and adherence to confidentiality and process standards.

Key Duties:

• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing.

• Maintain documentation and promote a positive patient experience.

• Follow safety and procedural protocols under supervisor guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience; 1+ year preferred.

• Certified phlebotomy (required in CA, NV, WA); medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Strong customer service and data entry skills.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
