Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Snowflake Cloud Engineer to lead data preparation and integration efforts within our Pharma Supply Chain Management IT business domain.
- This role is critical in designing and optimizing Snowflake-based data solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and OMP data models, and enabling advanced analytics and data quality to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and optimize scalable and high-performance data solutions in Snowflake.
- Drive data governance, security, and performance optimization across cloud-based data environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business and supply chain objectives.
- Develop and implement best practices for data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and advanced analytics enablement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Snowflake architecture, data engineering, and cloud platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills for efficient query optimization and analytics.
- Expertise in data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas tailored for supply chain datasets.
- Experience with Snowflake security & access controls and built-in features
- Strong expertise in SAP and OMP data models within a supply chain context.
- Deep understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, data pipelines, and performance tuning.
- Experience in supply chain processes and data, data quality, data, and operational data management.
- Ability to lead complex data initiatives and work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders.
