Job Title: Cardiac Care Coordinator
Location: Malvern, PA
Available Location: Melville, NY/ Malvern, PA / Norfolk, VA/ San Francisco, CA/ Pleasanton, CA/ Hamilton, NJ
Duration:12 months+
Pay range: $40 - $50/hr. on W2
This can be a hybrid role for the following schedules. - 3 days in the office and 2 remote or 2 in and 2 remotes.
These roles can be for 4 (10-hour days) or 5 (8 hour days). Start times will be between 8am and 10am except Malvern. Malvern will have hours of 8 am - 5pm.
Notes from the manager:
We are seeking someone that has been in a Device Clinician or Device Technician role in the past that has CRM expertise with one of the four manufacturers.
Successfully completed CIED Remote Monitoring Course, 1 - 2 years direct experience

• Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
• Relevant Work Experience:
o Successfully completed CIED Remote Monitoring Course, 1 - 2 years direct experience
o Experience with in-office and remote CIED interrogations of all four medical device manufacturers (Biotronik, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic) or previous field clinical specialist experience with one of the four manufacturers
o Experience utilizing all four home monitoring websites preferred
o 2 - 5 years related industry experience
• Licenses/Certifications:
o CCDS, CEPS, CDRMS preferred
o CRAT/CCT
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
o Expert arrhythmia recognition and interpretation
o Intermediate to expert CIED management fundamental knowledge
o Intermediate to expert electrogram (EGM) interpretation skills
o Intermediate to expert knowledge and navigation of the external manufacturer portals
o Basic understanding of how company products and solutions offer value to the customer
o Follow all HIPAA related guidelines
o Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); comfortable using telephone and computer to perform job responsibilities
• Communication Skills (Verbal/Written):
o Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
o Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, maintain positive rapport

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyze and Interpret CIED transmission data autonomously using company software provided
- Process alert and scheduled transmissions independently, without oversight
- Document findings clearly and concisely following company protocol on reporting requirements, standards, and format
- Escalate device abnormalities through company workflow process
- Escalate urgent and emergent abnormalities directly to the customer
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards
- Provide troubleshooting support as requested
- Complete all assigned and required training; stay up to date on developing clinical knowledge, specifically ECG rhythm interpretation
- Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Work directly with patient engagement team to re-engage disconnected patients
- Maintain manufacturer portals, patient schedules, and alert programming
- Stay current on new products, solutions, and CIED management offerings
Other Duties/Responsibilities
- Early phases of mentorship and peer training support
- Customer facing calls and communication
- Review and act on all recall and advisory patient lists
- Cross-functional collaboration
