Job Description:
Education Bachelor s degree or Masters in social work..
Experience At least one year of actual work experience in a hospital setting or an ongoing plan
for consultation between the social worker and a qualified social worker must be
developed. Must have knowledge of community resources to meet post discharge
clinical and social needs.
Technical Skills
License/Certification Currently licensed by the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Social Workers (LSW)
Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide
care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned
unit/department.
* Main Facility will be Centennial Hills but may need to float through the Client Health System (Will float to all Client hospitals- Centennial Hills, Henderson Hospital, Spring Valley, Summerlin, and Valley hospitals.) (we would try to assign them to one facility for continuity although they may have to float for sick calls.)
*Will Accept Local
Unit: 347-9250 - Cons Case MgmtDesired Shift: DAYS - 8HR: M- F 8am- 4:30
