Pay Rate: $21.50/hr. on W2
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Position Overview:
This entry-level role supports biologics manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. You will train to operate processing equipment, prepare buffers/reagents, and maintain sanitary conditions. This is not a lab position. Instead, it involves physical work in a classified production setting, wearing PPE, and following strict protocols. Training and biologics orientation will be provided.

- Alternating Weeks: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next
- Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime
Position Overview:
This entry-level role supports biologics manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. You will train to operate processing equipment, prepare buffers/reagents, and maintain sanitary conditions. This is not a lab position. Instead, it involves physical work in a classified production setting, wearing PPE, and following strict protocols. Training and biologics orientation will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and clean process equipment (e.g., valves, hoses, clamps, piping)
- Prepare buffers, media, and reagents (volumes up to 2,000 liters)
- Monitor process conditions and report abnormalities
- Accurately maintain logs, batch records, and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet cGMP standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily production schedules
- Handle hazardous materials (caustic, acid, steam) in a safe and compliant manner
- Perform job duties involving physical activity, such as bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to follow written procedures and document activities accurately
- Comfortable performing basic math calculations (with instruction)
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Able to adhere to safety and compliance expectations in a regulated environment
- Familiar with basic computer applications and web-based tools
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Reliable and able to work in a repetitive, process-driven environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with equipment handling
- Familiarity with general chemistry, microbiology, or aseptic technique
- Previous experience in manufacturing, biotech, pharma, or other cleanroom environments
- Understanding of cGMP regulations or working in a regulated environment
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- 100% onsite role in biologics manufacturing
- Must wear PPE (personal protective equipment) and adhere to hygiene standards
- Work is physically demanding: includes climbing stairs, standing for long periods, and lifting materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Exposure to classified cleanroom environments and potentially hazardous chemicals (with proper training and protection)
