Job Title: Ultrasound Tech RVT Certified
Job Location: Gastonia, NC
Job Duration: 2-3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Monday - Thursday, nights 6:30pm - 5:00am

Job Summary:

• The Imaging Department has 3 hospital procedure rooms, 1 ED, and 4 rooms in the imaging area.
• It supports 17 radiologists providing a variety of imaging services.
• Most assignments are on shift with other sonographers at the same location.
• Cases will vary by location and bench assigned.

Requirements:

• Position requires 2 years of experience and proficiency in general abdominal, R/O DVT, R/O Ectopic.
• For some rotations, additional limited vascular, OB/GYN, neonatal head, breast and prostate competencies, and support for invasive procedures such as thyroid and liver biopsies and drainages are significant value add.
• Competency in use of Client, Philips, and Client US Units.
• RDMS with RVT for US is required.
• Certified ARDMS with AB, OB/GYN, RVT credentials.

Schedule and Dress Code:

• Shifts vary based on location.
• Scrubs or lab coat are required in either Black, Teal, or white for lab coat.
